A little
about me

I’m a legal professional with experience in legal research, contract drafting and review, litigation support, property documentation, regulatory work and legal correspondence. Virtual Legal Assistant training has also strengthened my practical skills in client intake, matter organisation, document management and technology-enabled legal workflows.

I enjoy untangling complex information, spotting the details that matter and turning them into clear documents and practical steps, bringing legal understanding together with the organisation and follow-through that keeps matters moving.

Selected work

A closer look at the documents, systems and workflows behind the work.

These selected samples show how I organise legal information, support matter progression and make complex work easier to review.

02. Contracts & Agreements

The details that hold a document together

A document can look polished and still be difficult to use if its terms, definitions or schedules do not line up. These samples show my approach to structure, consistency and presentation, making the document easier for you to review and work through.

Skills demonstrated: Contract drafting and review · Document structure · Consistency checks

03. Litigation Support & Matter Tracking

The whole matter, at a glance

When dates, correspondence, filings and pending actions live in different places, it is harder to see the story—and easier to miss the next step. A chronology and matter-status view bring the history and outstanding work into clearer focus, making preparation and follow-up easier to manage.

Skills demonstrated: Case chronology · Matter tracking · Status reporting · Action lists · Case preparation

04. Client Intake & Engagement Workflow

A better start for a new matter

A useful intake process helps uncover gaps early without making a new client feel buried in paperwork. These samples show how questions and document requests can be arranged in a sensible order, giving you and your team a clearer starting point.

Skills demonstrated: Client intake support · Information gathering · Document organisation · Follow-up coordination

05. Clio & Matter Management

A matter file that is easier to pick up

A matter-management system is most useful when the key details, documents, tasks and follow-ups are easy to find. These samples show how a matter is organised and how its information or pending actions can be located without digging through scattered records.

Skills demonstrated: Matter organisation · Document management · Task tracking · Matter workflow

06. Email & Follow-up Management

The follow-up that moves things along

Not every message needs the same response. These examples show how to separate items that need action, those waiting for a reply and follow-ups with a clear next step—so you can see what needs attention without turning the inbox into the tracking system.

Skills demonstrated: Email triage · Professional communication · Follow-up tracking · Status updates.

08. E-filing, Docket & Calendar Management

Dates, filings and the proof they are done

Filing support is more than adding a date to a calendar. It means tracking what is ready, what has been submitted, whether confirmation has arrived and what comes next. This sample shows how those steps can be made visible, with dates and requirements checked against the relevant official source.

Skills demonstrated: Filing coordination · Calendar management · Deadline tracking · Record keeping
